WUCC will be an eight (8) day tournament from Saturday 15th August to Saturday 22nd August, 2026.

The Coaches & Captains’ Meeting and the Spirit Captains’ Meeting will take place remotely in Advance of the event. Attendance by at least one (1) representative for EACH TEAM is required to attend each meeting. 

The Opening Ceremony will take place in the late morning / early afternoon of Saturday 15th August followed by the Opening Game and potentially additional rounds of games (if the schedule requires). Times for the Opening Ceremony and Opening Game will be advised at a later time, however we do expect teams to be available to play the first round. Please plan your travel accordingly.

The Finals Day will be Saturday 22nd August, with the Medal Ceremonies taking place immediately after each final. The Closing Ceremony will take place at the end of the last final of the Championship.

Should weather cause delays to play, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly to ensure the finals are played as scheduled on Day 8 or prior. The Friday night party will take place in the city centre at Smyths & ICON. Saturday night party will be at the Stables Bar on Campus.
